By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which are governed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Product Sourcing and Liability

Please read carefully: AXVI acts as an e-commerce platform. All clothing, apparel, and related merchandise ("Products") sold on our platform are outsourced and procured from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. We do not manufacture these items directly. Consequently, while we enforce strict quality checks, the Company is not liable for any manufacturing defects, allergic reactions to fabrics, or claims made by the original manufacturers regarding material composition.

2. Marketing and Advertising Disclaimers

Any claims made regarding the products on our platform or in our marketing materials (including but not limited to social media advertising) are provided for promotional purposes based on information provided by our third-party suppliers. We expressly disclaim any liability for discrepancies between marketing claims and the actual utility or durability of the outsourced products.

3. Logistics and Delivery

All deliveries are handled by third-party logistics and courier partners. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, AXVI is not responsible for any delays, loss of transit, damages during shipping, or other unknown circumstances (including Force Majeure events) that arise once the product has been handed over to the courier service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AXVI, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
