EU Right of Withdrawal

While AXVI is based in and operates under the laws of India, we acknowledge the EU Right of Withdrawal for our European customers, subject to our operational capabilities as a third-party distributor.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (which are handled and retained by third-party logistics partners). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, once we have received the goods back and verified their condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our Indian facilities or our designated supplier facilities. Given the international nature of the shipping, AXVI is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or losses incurred during the return transit.
